Python Job: QA Engineer [Remote]

Velocix are looking for talented and collaborative QA Engineer to join our new software house in Portugal.

Armed with your previous experience you will provide your valuable support, skills and insight to help create our next generation of content delivery and video personalisation software.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables pass QA criteria.
• Creating and certifying tests are well defined and executed.
• Documenting and prioritising defects and bugs, and working with the team to resolve issues.
• Task estimation and progress tracking.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computing, Mathematics or related field.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as X-ray, ReviewBoard.
• Experience analysing and testing Backend applications.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with Python/C/C++ would be very beneficial.
